1. Fees
All course fees are prepayable in full prior to the course commencement date, unless otherwise agreed. Fees are subject to VAT at the applicable rate.
Acceptance of Geomatrix Training Services Terms and Conditions is confirmed by an official purchase order, an order placed on our website, or an email requesting a booking. Please note that any personal data provided to us during the booking process will be processed in accordance with our Data Privacy Policy.

Once a firm course booking has been made and an order acknowledgment has been issued in writing (via post or email), any cancellation or amendment requests must be received by Geomatrix in writing no less than 5 days prior to the course start date.. The best way to submit these requests is by emailing sales@geomatrix.co.uk.
Cancellations will be charged at 100% of the course fee unless Geomatrix is able to fill the delegates place or if the course date can be rearranged. If Geomatrix have incurred other costs which cannot be cancelled (e.g. Hotels, flights etc.) these will be charged in full irrespective of when the course is cancelled. Substitute delegates will be accepted free of charge. If course documentation has already been sent to the client, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the replacement delegate receives this documentation.
It is the responsibility of the person or organisation making the booking to ensure that delegates meet any specified course prerequisites.
Geomatrix reserves the right to cancel courses if there are insufficient candidates to make the course viable. We will make every effort to avoid this and, if necessary, arrange for the course to be held on an alternative date. In the event that Geomatrix must cancel a course, the course fee will be refunded, minus any applicable bank charges.
